Class 3 - Releasing Anxiety

 

We can stop anxiety through the power of the breath. When we slow down the breath, we slow down the mind. Its only when the breath becomes very short that we become anxoius. Its a very practical thing… the brain is just not getting enough oxygen and nourishment and then this translates to the various organs and the glandular system and then the “alarm bells” go off to get your attention.
