Week 3 - 10 Affirmations Exercise
For this exercise, please write your answers in the boxes below but also write them out on a piece of paper physically.
Write out all your insecurities and then create 10 new affirmations that counteract the old beliefs.
Create at least ten new affirmations for each of these categories of your life:
- wisdom/higher self-connection
- health and wellness
- relationships (love)
- relationships (friendships)
- success & money
Once complete, take the physical piece of paper and place them on your desk or nightstand, wherever you will see them first thing in the morning and last thing before bed.
You must read your affirmations out loud every morning immediately upon rising and right before bed in the evening.
