WHO I WORK WITH
My clients are vast, dynamic, and high-functioning… ranging from professionals in congress, VIPs in healthcare, executives in business, media moguls, celebrities, and entrepreneurs to college students still figuring out their purpose and path in life. The thing they all have in common is an authentic desire to evolve and become their best self - to be optimized and healthy. They set high expectations and goals for themselves yet… they might need help with self-acceptance, self-love and discover a more authentic sense of confidence and Self. A vast majority of my clients are queer/gay men from all walks of life and backgrounds ranging from 18-65.

HOW SESSIONS WORK
I offer 90-minute sessions. Currently, all sessions are remote and facilitated through Zoom. I recommend my clients meet at least once per week for a minimum of three sessions but ideally nine, however, this is for you and up to you. I have found the greatest benefits come from being consistent.
